However the host Tanner Foust on his show Supercars Exposed season one went down to Road Atlanta and drove the Esperante in different trim levels and said its not quite a Supercar!

Yes, he was running a couple arounf the track. I have the shows recorded on my DVR and just need to figuare out how to down load the show to the computer so I can put it on Youtube and link it to the site. He did say the JRD tuned 500+hp was more of a supercar I believe. In the end the are great GT and have run for many years against Porsche and Ferrari so I think they can claim some kind of status.

The sound of the GT when he drops a gear and nails it sounds very good. Kind of familiar since the Ford GT 5.4l is a stroked out 4.6L that the Panoz uses. Either way sounds very good.

Wish I knew the outcome of the chase.
