Abruzzi on track @ Mosport ALMS

I hate to be the barer of bad news, but I have it from a very reliable source that following Mosport, the Abruzzi program has been completely canceled. There will be no road cars, and the only way the race car sees the light of day again is if the ALMS completely breaks away from the ACO.

Disappointing but not surprising news. I had a friend of mine who has a good relationship with one of the few remaining factory guys talk to him about setting up a tour for a small group in October. He was told that there was very little going on in the factory, and not much to see. A couple of outside projects and that's it. No Abruzzi construction. Well, at least our cars are all the more rare and exclusive. BTW, I was also quite surprised to see that the Don had sold off Mosport Raceway. Does anyone know if there is a "garage sale" (so to speak,) going on in Hoschton as well?
