2002 David Brabham Drivers Edition

Does anyone here have any information concerning the 2002 David Brabham Drivers Edition? I have seen a few brochures advertising the car but unlike the Jan Magnussen Edition I have never seen one in person or for sale. Did Panoz produce 10 of these cars or did they just produce 10 Magnussen cars and ended the program?
