I heard that they may start making the Esperante again. Anyone know if this is true?

Look under the Panoz Model Thread and you'll find a couple of shots
100-Octane posted with pictures of the prototype that Panoz has in their shop right now. Simular to the current car they ran this year in ALMS Racing. It looks to be a Hard top Coupe. I was told they were still working on if it will have a lift up glass rear window vs part of the body surround lift with the window. Just recently they hired a engineering design company to help with the new model.

The only thing I've heard concerning the future of the Esperante is that the car will finally be offered as a true coupe, featuring new bodywork very similar to that found on the PTG ALMS GT2 cars.
