I would doubt it. Only the major manufacturers fit the limiters.

I thought the Panoz did put one in the convertables to help protect against top damage from to much speed. 165 comes to mind.

Most production cars are limited to 155 mph. It is a voluntary limit.

Dan Panoz confirmed the 155 limit!
Spoke to him while I was at the factory getting some stuff done; he confirmed the 155 limit.
