Although it is an involved process, removing the dash is necessary if you wish to replace any trim.

Thanks for posting this. Removing the dash on the Roadster while not taking hours of work was still difficult since it is glued in.

I think that I would have rather dealt with the glue! One thing to note with our cars is that you should take lots of pictures as you disassemble as parts generally only go back one way (ie two parts that look the same aren't usually interchangeable)!

Thanks for sharing this - wish I would have seen this before I removed my center console a couple weekends ago. I can vouch for the accuracy of the document so far as the center console is concerned.
